Is a weight loss holiday for me?

If you are determined to lose weight, then yes, this is the holiday for you! We can either provide you with the kick start and education you need to start on your weight loss journey, or indeed if you have a special occasion where you want to drop a dress size...then we can help you lose the weight fast! You don’t have to be fit or in shape to join our weight loss retreat... Our PTs will help you work to your maximum ability (and have fun along the way), whatever your level.

What will I eat?

Firstly don’t panic! Although this is a weight loss holiday, we will not starve you. All of our retreats have your health and wellbeing in mind, and you will eat good, healthy food that is designed to kick start your weight loss, detox the body and provide you with the energy to participate in all of the fitness activities.

Our menu is free of dairy, wheat, caffeine and sugar. We can cater to specific dietary requirements as well.

Morning Snack - Homemade hummus and crudites
Lunch - Spanish potatoless Fritatta
Snack - Brown rice cakes with mackerel pate
