A warm welcome awaits in this beautiful, rural spot. The surrounding Sussex countryside is outstanding and the working farm is at the heart of the South Downs National Park. Here you will get back to nature, enjoy some of life’s simple pleasures and leave refreshed.
Sussex Holiday Cottages have been attractively converted from Victorian cart-horse stabling into self-catering holiday cottages with exposed beams and flint walls. These holiday cottages form a courtyard around a lawn, with one of the oldest 15th century Tithe barns in Sussex. The historic buildings of this ancient courtyard are overlooked by the impressive stone built farmhouse mentioned as part of the manor of ‘Sillingstone’ in the Domesday Book of 1086. Sullington farmstead and holiday cottages form an iconic little piece of English history.
There’s also a good-sized, outdoor heated swimming pool, open during the summer months and a tennis court and table tennis table are available throughout your stay. Clients training with us will also enjoy footpaths and walks on the farm including the South Downs Way.
Training will be conducted outside on the tennis courts or on the shared lawn, or, when the weather is bad, in the beautifully restored barn.
Being in the heart of the South Downs National Park, we will also include a number of walks in the surrounding Sussex countryside. Here we will get back to nature, enjoy some of life’s simple pleasures to help you leave refreshed and re-energised.
Meals will be served in the venue’s café, which is a lovely converted 16th century barn.

My total weight loss was 7lbs. I must say I hated the first few days of boot camp. I was so sore and wanted the week to end, but then Tuesday came and I started really enjoying it, and when it came to saying goodbye to everyone, I felt I could do another few days! It was so, so, so tough and I didn't realise what early starts we'd be doing. I lost another 5lbs the first week I was home and since then I've lost a total of 13lbs from when I was first weighed in on boot camp. When I arrived and found out we'd be doing a lot of running, again I nearly died, but guess what? I now run four mornings a week before work and do two mornings in the gym doing weights and tummy exercises! I must compliment the staff on boot camp, both Staff Ford and Staff Wiles - they were amazing! They encouraged everyone and pushed you to levels they knew you were able to do. Also, Zoe the manager was fantastic. So easy to talk to and she looked after us really well, so many thanks to them. So, overall I would recommend it to my friends. I even suggested doing a weekend in London with my sister that has baby weight to lose, and I told her this would be the best kick in the arse she needs! It did give me the kick start I needed. I was slacking off my morning gym sessions before I went but now I'm up Monday to Friday at 6.30am and 8am on a Saturday. I get my exercise and am back eating healthy, staying off the wheat and feeling great! I've so much energy since I came back!
