Yusi has been absolutely brilliant - so full of energy and enthusiastic - and I have really enjoyed the sessions too! Paul and Maria have been great; really motivating. It has been a really good week with lovely fellows boot campers!

The hotel and location were great, and the staff were outstanding. The manager, Yusimi, was dedicated, proactive, efficient and considerate. I can't praise her enough! Paul, the lead PTI, was fantastic. He measured us all well, and the training was superb. His enthusiasm, professionalism and organisation made the camp. I also thought the schedule worked well!
I enjoyed all the exercises, classes and the people. The best classes were circuit and the pool. Loved overload - it was really good!
I loved most of the training, the timing of each session, the variety, the staff, and all the people on the camp. All worked very well!
I have had a fantastic week! I have done two boot camps previously but this has been the best venue. Very comfortable and friendly staff. I like the way the day is spread out a bit more, with longer breaks and later evening meals. The chef was very good. His meals have given me the enthusiasm to start cooking again!
This was my first boot camp. There was a very good atmosphere, I loved discovering new activities and I have learned a lot. Thank you!

I had been to the UK boot camp before, and I found the Spain camp had more long breaks and was less intense on the exercise, though that is not a bad thing. I enjoyed the variety of exercises and the hotel.
We had the best boot camp manager, two fabulous trainers, an incredible chef and a fantastic group! I really enjoy this week here - it's almost like a vacation.
The instructors were very knowledgeable, motivating, and had a great sense of humour that kept everyone going. The food was also excellent. The beautiful setting and the weather was a real bonus!
Well, what can I say? Wowza, wowza - I loved every bit of it! The fitness sessions, nutrition, the food, and the beautiful venue and surroundings. What was also wonderful was the lovely members of staff. Not just the fitness trainers, but every single person working there! I toned up and met some amazing people too. I'm definitely going again!
The variety of daily exercises was excellent, ensuring the days didn't become boring. The trainers were excellent and the food was very tasty too.
I love New You, it was a life saver! I fell ill and it was difficult to recover with fatigue plaguing me. As a means of last resort, I attended two boot camps within a month. The outcome was that I gained strength and boosted my mobility and fitness to a level unknown to me before, and shortly after I was able to return to work. I attended the boot camps in Spain and Somerset. The venues are really beautiful, set in natural landscapes
. The staff is friendly and supportive always adding humour to everything . It's tough but fun and totally worth it.
This is the first time I have done a boot camp, and I enjoyed both the classes and the walks. The boot camp manager was great, full of life and kept us entertained and well looked after. The PTIs were great. Staff Ford's banter kept us laughing through the aches and pains, and Staff Morgan was great, super personable, knowledgeable and very approachable.
The management team and the Staffs were great. The crowd of people were also great. Went last year and found this year tougher, but so happy that I went on it!
Staff Evans and Staff Tredgett are fabulous PTs. Motivational, knowledgeable and wonderfully able to provide a varied programme to suit all ability levels. I loved the fact that we did more stretching and strength work. The slightly more gentle approach works! Paco's cooking is fabulous and Yusimi dealt with any issues with efficiency and a broad smile, irrespective of how difficult the client!
The training sessions are mostly very good. Staff Evans is very organised and Staff Simpson excels at getting a bit more from you than you thought you could give. I also enjoyed the nutrition talk and several of the meals were excellent.
The programme of activities was well structured, with the ability to pitch to all fitness levels. Great venue and great tasting food.
My husband passed away suddenly, followed six weeks later my father, and after that my dog died. Everything became too much. I have competed for Triathlon World Championships, but lost the desire to compete. New You has helped me find my mojo again and has inspired me to try to qualify again for the World Champs. I have found Staff Evans, Staff Morgan and Gayle exemplary in every aspect of this week - professional, informative, knowledgeable, encouraging and fun. They make a wonderful team. Thanks!
Post MSC with lots of sitting. I was in poor condition both physically and mentally, and needed to kick-start a healthier lifestyle. The recent death of my mum made me choose this physically exhausting experience as an avenue for my goal. Gayle was awesome. Always cheerful, helpful, and with acute attention to detail. What an asset! PTIs Evans and Morgan were awesome trainers - professional, encouraging and knowledgeable. I could run out of adjectives. Simply Brilliant!
Amazing week in Spain with the New You team. We salute you all! Staff Evans and Staff Kennedy, Chef Paco, Mary and Nicky -you were all amazing. Everyone threw themselves into all the sessions and everyone achieved fabulous results. We have so much to take away with us for our continued journeys. Skinny jeans 2016 will go on!
New You has given me the kick-start I needed to start shedding the weight I need to in order to really be the bride I know I can be. I feel so much more confident that I am able to achieve my goals. I lost 2st 9lbs with weight watchers, and since Christmas I started putting it back on. I put on about 10lbs and stayed there. I couldn't get the food right. Thank you to all the staff for everything they have done for me. All the tips, advice and help they have given me.
Both my sister and I had gotten stuck in a rut and she pushed me to join her here. I think it really has given us a launchpad forwards. Thanks especially to Lisa, who got me through Monday walk and motivated me to push hard, the benefits of which I really felt on Friday's walk. Thanks a lot!

This diet book is easy to follow and incorporate into any busy working woman's daily routine. The diet is easy to understand and allows for the social nights out that all girls should have! Well, having known the authors personally for many years I can tell you now, there is no messing! Do you want to drop a dress size in a week? Then go to a boot camp! Can't get there? Then buy this book! Simple! This book is excellent for teaching us all a lesson in how to eat, what to eat, the basic rules of exercising that come with it, and changing your attitude to the way you eat and still enjoying every last mouthful! These girls have worked extremely hard and with them being voted Europe's number one boot camp, what more can I say but buy it!
This book was a breath of fresh air - simple and attainable targets for a change! It's realistic and surprisingly easy to follow. It promotes a healthy approach to dieting that can be implemented permanently. A day off a week means you can plan your naughtiness without feeling like you've failed or fallen off the wagon. So far so good...
I bought this book at the weekend and I am thrilled with its structure and attitude to weight loss. Having struggled over the years to shift that "baby belly", I have know realised there is a way, and I am following this book step by step to achieve my goal. It has an easy diet plan and even I can follow it. Forget all your Atkins and Cambridge diets - they are a quick fix but very unhealthy - whereas New You is all about getting the weight off and having it stay off with diet and exercise, which is how I want it! I feel positive just reading it and maybe I'll update you all with how its going! I'd say with out a doubt go buy it!
Such a cool book! The diet is totally doable, and it doesn't feel like I'm sacrificing because I'm enjoying the fact that it allows for treats and nights off. The cocktail list is a brilliant idea as I never know what to order that isn't calorific, and the whole positive mindset is so enlightening. All in all a great, easy to follow, healthy and happy living book! I'd highly recommend it if you need a point in the right direction, it's certainly done wonders for me!
Brilliant book and easy to read. Totally addictive and gives you a day off the plan once a week, which is fabulous for when you want a little indulgence! The book is very well presented, giving you an easy to understand illustrated exercise programme, a positive mindset chapter and success stories the whole way through. This is something that really inspired me to carry on with the plan. I thought that the inclusion of a recommended cocktail list and dinner party menus were really useful!
