I had Isla in October 2010, I put on 3 stone whilst pregnant which was fairly demoralizing. Everything on me even after having Isla seemed to have widen. Nothing fitted. So when Isla was 6 months old I decided to do something about it. I signed up to New You Boot Camp to kick start the change in March 2012. I continued on the healthier side of normal until my marriage broke down when my daughter was a year old this set me back a bit. After the motivational email and after care encouragement I received from New You I got back on track in 2012. They kept me motivated with emails and recipes to help with my continued weight loss. I then decided mid 2012 I would sign up for the London Marathon 2013. So I did I completed it in my target time of 4 hours 27 minutes and in the process have lost 3 stone, 7 inches from my waist and 10 inches from my hips.
