Ingredients

St Helen's goat's yoghurt Full fat

20 g
coconut oil

banana

1.5 tsp
Cinnamon

250 ml
oat milk

orange
-
100 g
Seeds Pumpkin, Sunflower, Sesame Ground

40 g
Linseed

Mint leave for decoration
Servings:
Instructions
Soak the linseeds in water for about 3 hours in advance.
Place the oat milk, yoghurt and oil in the blender with all the spices and blend.
Place peeled chopped kiwi fruit, banana, orange segments and ground seeds in the liquid mix and blend.
Serve in small glasses (125 ml each) with a sprig of mint on each serving.
If there is not enough in each glass top this up with extra oat milk.
