Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 175’C (350’F)
Line a baking tray with baking/parchment paper and set aside.
Place all of your burger ingredients into a medium size bowl and stir until well combined.
Using your hands, carefully roll and flatten your tuna mixture into 6, even (isn) sized burger patties and place onto your prepared baking tray.
Place in the oven and cook for 5-10 mins, until set and cooked through.
To serve, place in a lettuce leaf (or 2) tope with some freshly sliced avocado, a dollop of yoghurt and sprinkle over some fresh coriander and a few extra slices of chilli.
