Ingredients
  • 1/4 or 1/2 tsp turmeric (May support Liver, Anti-inflammatory, Pain killer, anti-carcinogen)
  • 1/4 or 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (Blood Sugar balance: can support energy, mood, weight control
  • 1/4 or 1/2 tsp ginger (Can support digestion, nausea, inflammation)
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (can prevent Heart attack & stroke; ‘feeds’ the heart muscle; anti-inflammatory; digestive repair; promotes stomach acid
