Ingredients
  • 2 units sea bass
  • 3 units potatoes
  • 1/2 Red onion, diced
  • 1 unit Lemon
  • 100 ml 1 medium sweet or white onion, chopped
  • 1 unit Red pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C
  2. Cut the potatoes and onions in thin slices
  3. Put the potatoes and onion on an oven tray, add salt and coat with coconut oil
  4. Place in the oven for about 30 min, or until the potatoes are soft but not brown
  5. Make three cuts on each fish and introduce a slide of lemon. Add salt
  6. Once the potatoes are soft, place the fish on top and add the white wine. Bake for another 15 to 20 min.
  7. Once is ready, serve and enjoy!
