Tofu

green pepper
Sauce
(pineapple, onion, garlic, ginger, mango, tomato pure, tamari sauce, corn flour)

Instructions
Cut pepper into chunks. Cut onion into thin half moon slices, garlic & ginger chopped, mango and pineapple into chunks.
Saute onion in coconut oil until golden then add garlic, ginger and 2 tbsp of tamari sauce, reduce.
Add the tomato pure and then pineapple and mango.
Deglaze with water and reduce again until a thick liquid. Gravy consistency is what you are looking for.
Mix 1 tbsp corn flour with 1 tbsp cold water and put into the sauce pan to thicken the sauce.
