lend the beans, herbs, lemon juice and salmon in a food processor or with a hand-held mixer until it is really smooth. Add salt and black pepper to taste, then transfer the pact to a serving dish and chill for 30 minutes-1 hour.
Serve it with rice cakes, vegetable stick or crudit's. The pact is best eaten very fresh.
