Ingredients

300 g
frozen peas

onion
-
1 stick
celery
-
1 small
bunch mint
-
1 tsp
coconut oil
-
500 ml
water
-
1 tbsp
bouillion
-
1 pinch
Himalayan Crystal Salt
Servings:
Instructions
Finely chop the onions and celery
Finely saut both in the coconut oil on a low heat until soft, then add the water.
Slowly bring to the boil and add frozen peas.
Add a pinch of himalayan crystal salt and cracked black pepper to taste.
Once the peas are cooked simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes and blend well with the mint.
