premium beef minced

red onion chopped

celery

carrots grated

800 ml
tomatoes canned

1 tsp
thyme dried

courgettes
-
2 cloves
garlic

1 tsp
fresh parsley

1 tsp
coconut oil
-
1 tsp
Oregano dried

1 tin
green lentils
Servings:
Instructions
Fine dice onions, celery and carrot.
Saute vegetables adding garlic, pepper, salt, herbs and tomato
Simmer and add mince. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Julienne courgettes on a mandolin or peeler.
Blanch veg for 2 mins and serve as spaghetti.
