Ingredients

small yellow summer squash thinly sliced

small courgette thinly sliced

2 tbsp
basil sliced into strips

2 tbsp
coconut oil

1 tbsp
lemon juice

1/4 tsp
1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan Crystal Salt

1/4 cup
almonds chopped
Servings:
Instructions
In medium bowl, combine squash, courgette, basil, coconut oil, lemon juice and salt.
Toss ingredients together.
Allow to marinate for 20 minutes to 1 hour (time permitting, I have also served mine immediately and it was fine).
