Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup kale
- 1/3 cup ater, almond milk or coconut water
- 1 tsp Organic Spirulina powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 2 dates

Instructions
Simply peel the banana and pit the dates, then add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
