Ingredients
Greens and Other Veggies:

spinach

cucumber
Frozen Fruits:

kiwis
-
handful
raspberries
-
handful
strawberries Tip: When freezing larger fruits, peel the fruit first, slice or chop it, and then store the chunks in a freezer bag for easy use.
Healthy Fats:

avocado
-
1 tsp
almond butters and/or any other nuts
Toppings:
-
1 tsp
Cinnamon

1 tsp
cacao nibs

200 ml
almond or other nut milks, coconut milk, coconut yogurt, coconut water, maple water, filtered water pick one depending on preference
Servings:
Instructions
Simply place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until thick and smooth.
If it’s initially too thick just add a little more liquid to thin down. If it's too thin you can add ice to thicken.
