Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp organic virgin coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 tsp paprika smoked
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper divided
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan Crystal Salt divided
  • 2 cup raw cashews
  • Pinch of Himalayan Crystal Salt
  • tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together maple syrup, coconut oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Add the cashews to the bowl and coat in the mixture. Pour the cashews on the baking sheet and spread out.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together  smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt. Sprinkle the mixture on top of the nuts.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, tossing the nuts every 5 minutes to ensure they cooked evenly.
  6. Remove from oven, slide the parchment paper onto a cooling rack and let cool completely.
  7. Once the nuts have cooled, break apart the pieces that have stuck together.
  8. Enjoy!
