Ingredients

1/4 cup
maple syrup
-
2 tsp
organic virgin coconut oil melted

1/4 tsp
paprika smoked

1/4 tsp
cayenne pepper divided

1/4 tsp
Himalayan Crystal Salt divided
-
2 cup
raw cashews
-
Pinch of Himalayan Crystal Salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk together maple syrup, coconut oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt in a medium bowl.
Add the cashews to the bowl and coat in the mixture. Pour the cashews on the baking sheet and spread out.
In a small bowl, mix together  smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt. Sprinkle the mixture on top of the nuts.
Bake for 15 minutes, tossing the nuts every 5 minutes to ensure they cooked evenly.
Remove from oven, slide the parchment paper onto a cooling rack and let cool completely.
Once the nuts have cooled, break apart the pieces that have stuck together.
