Ingredients

eggs (free range)

coconut oil

Black pepper

Chilli flakes

60 ml
Oatley Oat milk (10 ml per person)

turmeric

100 g
coriander leaves and stalks (the flavour is in the stalks too)

Fresh Tomatoes Halved

tamari sauce

2 tsp
Swiss Marigold Bouillon

Instructions
Beat eggs, milk, and powdered spices, and bouillon together.
Put coconut oil into pan and add the egg mixture Stir lightly.
In a baking tray, roast tomatoes and tamari sauce and add two thirds of the coriander leaves.
Serve the scrambled egg on half a slice of rye bread.
Serve the tomato next to the egg on bread.
Garnish the egg with shredded coriander leaves.
