Ingredients

tin sardines in olive oil, drained

2 tbsp
capers, chopped

roasted red pepper, chopped

2 tbsp
chopped fresh dill or parsley

spring onion, chopped

1 - 2 tbsp
lemon juice

4 - 6 tbsp
Natural Goat's Yoghurt

generous pinch dried Greek oregano

Himalayan Crystal Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste
Servings:
Instructions
Place the sardines in a bowl and roughly mash with a fork. Add in all of the remaining ingredients and stir well.
Serve with vegetable sticks or oatcakes.
