Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp goat’s cheese
  • 4 slices Smoked Salmon
  • pepper ¬†or any kind of green herbs to taste

Instructions
  1. Mix together the Goat’s cheese and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Spread 1/4 of the Goat’s cheese mixture on top of each piece of smoked salmon. Tightly roll and secure with cocktail sticks at 2cm intervals.
  3. Cut between each cocktail stick with a sharp knife. Serve.
  4. Enjoy!
