goat’s cheese

slices
Smoked Salmon
pepper or any kind of green herbs
to taste

Instructions
Mix together the Goat’s cheese and pepper in a small bowl.
Spread 1/4 of the Goat’s cheese mixture on top of each piece of smoked salmon. Tightly roll and secure with cocktail sticks at 2cm intervals.
Cut between each cocktail stick with a sharp knife. Serve.
