Ingredients

chicken wings or drummettes

2 cloves
garlic sliced

branch rosemary leaves only

coconut oil

Instructions
Preheat the grill. Oil them with a little bit of coconut oil then put salt, ground black pepper, garlic and rosemary on the chicken wings.
Grill it until it is light brown.
Note: Can use covered pot in a regular oven.
Serve with some sauted vegetables or brown basmati rice.
