Ingredients

roasted red peppers

2 cloves
garlic
-
1
onion

1-2 tbsp
olive oil

Himalayan Crystal Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

1 tbsp
coconut oil
Servings:
Instructions
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan. Cut the onions and fry them until light brown.
Throw red peppers, garlic cloves, and onion powder into blender or food.
Blend until ingredients are combined.
Stream olive oil into mixture until desired consistency is achieved.
Sprinkle salt to taste, and blend mixture a little more!
Serve with some rice cakes or some kale almond crackers.
