Ingredients

pumpkin puree

1/2 gm
turmeric

1 cup
yogurt or coconut milk

1/2 cup
apple juice or water

banana

1 tsp
pumpkin pie spice

1/4 tsp
vanilla extract

1 cup
Ice

Pecans crushed (optional)
Servings:
Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients except for the pecans and blend until smooth.
Top with crushed pecans, and serve in a large glass.
