unsweetened pineapple chunks

unsweetened coconut milk

2 tbsp
unsweetened shredded coconut

1/2 cup
Goat's yogurt

1/2 cup
water

1 tbsp
maple/agave syrup (optional)

1 tbsp
pineapple chunks for garnish (optional)
Servings:
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into a smoothie blender. Process until smooth.
Garnish with pineapple chunks. Serve immediately.
