Ingredients

canola oil
2 tbsp
fresh ginger minced
2 tsp
garlic minced
1 1/2 lb
bok choy

courgette
3
tomatoes cut in small pieces

salmon fillets

reduced-sodium soy sauce
toasted sesame seeds Garnish

Instructions
In a glass baking dish or large resealable plastic bag, combine the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes (if using). Add the salmon, skin-side up. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Sauté the vegetables with the canola oil for 5 minutes and put the salmon skin side down with the vegetables for 7 minutes with a cover lead until cooked.
Pour the marinade into the pan for the last minute.
