Ingredients

500 g
pack mixed frozen berries
-
150 g
fresh blueberries
-
500 g
tub natural Goat's yoghurt
-
3-4 tbsp
maple/agave syrup
-
few sprigs of fresh mint
Servings:
Instructions
Get 6 glasses ready and get the frozen berries out of the freezer.
Wash the fresh blueberries and dry them well, then divide them between the glasses.
Put the yoghurt and maple/agave into a blender.
Pick and add the leaves from the sprigs of mint into the blender then whiz until combined.
Add the frozen berries and whiz again until it's all combined.
Spoon the frozen yoghurt over the fresh berries and serve.
