Ingredients
  • onion diced
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp coconut amino
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 8 eggs beaten
  • 2 tsp Himalayan Crystal Salt
  • 1/2-1 tsp ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp spring onions chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger (optional)
  • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 star anise (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chives chopped
Servings:
Instructions
  1. Add coconut oil to a medium-sized pot and warm over low/med heat.
  2. Add onions and saute until soft.
  3. Add the chicken broth, optional coconut amino, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. Stir gently while you slowly pour in the egg.
  5. Season with chives or any spices of your taste before serving.
  6. Enjoy!
