Ingredients

onion diced

coconut oil

1 tsp
coconut amino

8 cups
chicken broth

eggs beaten

Himalayan Crystal Salt

1/2-1 tsp
ground pepper

2 tbsp
spring onions chopped (optional)

ginger (optional)

Cinnamon (optional)

star anise (optional)

chives chopped
Servings:
Instructions
Add coconut oil to a medium-sized pot and warm over low/med heat.
Add onions and saute until soft.
Add the chicken broth, optional coconut amino, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Stir gently while you slowly pour in the egg.
Season with chives or any spices of your taste before serving.
