Ingredients
  • 2 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 3 tbsp cocoa (The higher quality the cocoa, the better tasting your hot chocolate will be!)
  • 2-4 tbsp coconut nectar or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract

  1. Combine all ingredient in a saucepan over medium heat and stir occasionally until all the lumps from the cocoa are dissolved (do not allow your milk to boil!).
  2. Pour into two mugs and enjoy!
