Ingredients

1 lb
ground turkey (or chicken)

egg beaten
-
2-3 cloves
garlic
-
1/2 cup
onions chopped

Himalayan Crystal Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

1-4 1/2 cup
Coconut Flour
-
1 tsp
organic virgin coconut oi (to grease pan)

Instructions
Combine turkey, egg, garlic, onions, salt and pepper in a medium sized bowl.
Form mixture into small balls and roll in coconut flour, lightly dusting them.
Place balls in a skillet coated with coconut oil over medium heat.
Press down on each with a spatula to flatten a bit (into more of a nugget form).
Cook on one side until browned, then flip, and continue cooking until they are completely cooked through (about 5-10 minutes).
Serve with celery and walnut pieces mixed with natural goat's yogurt!
