Ingredients
  • 4 bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp Raw Honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 2 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 100 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)

Instructions
  1. >Start by mashing your bananas with a fork. Add the bananas, eggs, coconut oil, vanilla and honey into  a bowl and mix.
  2. Add in the almond flour, baking powder and cinnamon and mix it all together.
  3. Next, chop up your dark chocolate into little chunks, whatever size you like.
  4. Add the chocolate into the mixture and stir it in evenly.
  5. Grease your bread tin with coconut oil and pour the mixture in.
  6. Bake at 160°C for about 55 minutes, until golden and crispy on top.
  7. Serve this warm after letting it cool for a few minutes or lightly toasted.
