Ingredients
  • A variety of pears
  • 100% Grade A Maple Syrup
  • Himalayan Crystal Salt
  • Cinnamon
  • pure vanilla extract
  • Chopped nuts (pecans and walnuts are delicious)
  • Allspice/Cloves/Etc. optional

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking pan with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Wash, half and pit the pears. Lay them in the pan. Sprinkle with sea salt, spices and nuts. Drizzle with a bit of vanilla extract and then with the syrup. Bake 25-40 minutes or until done. You’ll know they’re done by the skins curling a little bit.
