Ingredients
  • 1/2 White Cabbage
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1 1/2 cloves garlic
  • Small thumbnail piece Fresh Ginger
  • 75 gm chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 Large Leeks
  • 1/2 Red pepper
  • 1/2 Yellow pepper
  • 60 gm celery
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 3 gm chives
  • 1 1/2 carrots (grated)
  • 1 1/2 sweet potato (grated)
  • White wine vinegar dressing
  • 25 gm mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 Cherry tomatoes
Servings:
Instructions
  1. Chop/slice all the ingredients as finely as you can.
  2. Add mayonnaise, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, thyme and dill, and mix it together.
  3. Serve on side plates with a sprig of parsley and 1 cherry tomatoes, halved.
  4. Delicious as a side or a light meal on it’s own.
