Red pepper

Yellow pepper

White wine vinegar dressing

mayonnaise

paprika

Servings:
Instructions
Chop/slice all the ingredients as finely as you can.
Add mayonnaise, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, thyme and dill, and mix it together.
Serve on side plates with a sprig of parsley and 1 cherry tomatoes, halved.
Delicious as a side or a light meal on it's own.
