Ham and Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients

1 clove
garlic chopped

400 g
Kalamata olives whole, pitted

50 g
anchovy fillets rinsed

2 tbsp
capers

1 tsp
fresh thyme chopped

1 tsp
fresh rosemary chopped

3 tbsp
fresh lemon juice
-
4 tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
Servings:
Instructions
Combine garlic, olives, anchovies, capers, thyme, rosemary and lemon juice in a food processor or blender.
Slowly drip the olive oil into the processor while you are blending the ingredients together. Blend until a paste is formed.
Serve with some rice cake, or vegetable sticks.
