Ingredients
  • 4 Pieces salmon fillets Skin- on
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil Extra Virgin
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce Gluten free
  • 4 Cloves garlic Minced

Instructions
  1. Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Place marinade ingredients in a large dish or a plate with the salmon fillets skinless-side down and leave for 20 minutes at room temperature.
  3. If you are leaving it to marinate for longer, you will need to place them in the fridge.
  4. Before placing them in the grill, discard the marinade and put some olive oil on both sides of the fish fillets.
  5. Once the fillets have been places on the grill, do not move until you are going to flip them over, otherwise, they will fall apart
  6. depending on the thickness of the fillets, Salmon should be just barely opaque throughout when done.
