Squeeze lemon, Press garlic and roughly chop sundried tomatoes
Put all ingredients in food processor and whiz until smooth
Add enough cooking liquid to make a soft consistency
Serve on a small slice of spelt bread/person with 1 teaspoon hummus spread on each slice

Grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
Grind the seeds in a coffee or other grinder
In a large bowl, mix the gram and buckwheat flour together, ground seeds mix, salt, xylitol, baking soda and oat milk until well blended. Add water until dough is a loose consistency
Divide the batter evenly between each 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Sprinkle oats on top of loaf
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour at 190 degrees C or until golden brown.
TIP: Place a loaf pan of the same size over the top of the loaf while baking to create a better crust.
