  • 1 pak choi
  • 4 mushrooms (shii-ta-ke & chestnut)
  • 10 g Cashew nuts
  • Sauce (garlic, chilli, ginger, tamari, vinegar, water, corn flour)

Instructions
  1. Roast the cashew nuts in a pan and then take out.
  2. Slice the mushrooms. Chop the garlic, ginger and chilli.
  3. Slice the mushrooms. Chop the garlic, ginger and chilli.
  4. Saute the mushrooms then put in the garlic, ginger, chilliĀ  and then put in the nuts. Pour in the tamari mixture and reduce.
  5. Mix 1 tbsp corn flour with 1 tbsp cold water and stir in the pan. Steam the pak choi for 2-3 minutes.
