Garlic Pak Choi with Mixed Mushrooms, Cashew Nuts and Chilli Sauce

mushrooms (shii-ta-ke & chestnut)

Sauce (garlic, chilli, ginger, tamari, vinegar, water, corn flour)

Instructions
Roast the cashew nuts in a pan and then take out.
Slice the mushrooms. Chop the garlic, ginger and chilli.

Saute the mushrooms then put in the garlic, ginger, chilli and then put in the nuts. Pour in the tamari mixture and reduce.
Mix 1 tbsp corn flour with 1 tbsp cold water and stir in the pan. Steam the pak choi for 2-3 minutes.
