Raw Cashew Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 3-4 tbsp. dark cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. sliced almonds

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Mix all ingredients (except the sliced almonds) in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the liquid into two ramekins; top with the sliced almonds.
- Place in the oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
- Let the cake rest 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy!
