Ingredients
  • 4 Organic skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup cherry juice
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan Crystal Salt
  • 1/2 tsp thyme leaves ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, salt, pepper and oregano.
  2. Coat chicken pieces in almond flour mixture.
  3. Take a large frying pan add coconut oil over medium heat.
  4. Place the chicken and lightly brown.
  5. Turn over the chicken and add mushrooms.
  6. Pour cranberry juice and cherry juice and cover frying pan.
  7. Fry chicken 10 min and turn over.
  8. Cook for another 5 min or until it is slightly brown.
  9. Garnish with thyme and Enjoy!
