Barbecued Prawns with Chilli and Lime

Ingredients

Raw prawns Heads removed, but unpeeled

garlic clove Crushed

1 Unit
red chilli Deseeded and chopped

lime Juiced

2 Tablespoon
olive oil Extra Virgin.

Instructions
Put the garlic, Chilli, Olive Oil and Lime in a food processor and pulse until chopped but not sludgy
Remove only a tablespoon of the mix and toss with the prawns and set aside in the fridge.
Fire the barbecue, and when the coals have just turned white, cook the prawns for 4 minutes until they turn pink.
Places them on a platter and drizzle the rest of the mix on it.
