Ingredients
  • 2 Units Cougettes sliced
  • 2 Units red peppers halved and deseeded
  • 4 Teaspoon olive oil Extra Virgin.
  • 1/2 Unit Lemon Grated zest and Juiced
  • 1 Pinch Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic Crushed

Instructions
  1. Light the barbecue 30-40 Minutes before you want to start cooking
  2. Cut the Courgettes and peppers into slices and place them in a bowl.
  3. Add the Olive oil, Lemon Juice, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Places the courgettes and peppers in a single layer on a rack over the barbecue
  5. Cook for 4-6 minutes on each side or until tender and lightly charred, turning once.
  6. Drizzle over vegetable a little bit of Olive oil before serving
