Ingredients

Full fat St Helen's goat's yoghurt

20 g
coconut oil

banana

1 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon

250 ml
oat milk

Ground seeds Pumpkin, Sunflower, Sesame

Linseed
Servings:
Instructions
Soak the linseeds in water for about 3 hours in advance.
Place the oat milk, yoghurt and oil in the blender with all the spices and blend.
Place peeled chopped banana, orange segments and ground seeds in the liquid mix and blend.
Serve in small glasses (125ml each) with a sprig of mint on each serving.
If there is not enough in each glass top this up with extra oat milk.
