Silk Unsweetened Original Almond milk

Vanilla Protein Powder

flax meal

Toppings You can use dried coconut, strawberries, goji berries and nuts

Instructions
Add all the smoothie bowl ingredients together into a high powered blender, and blend until smooth (about 10-20 seconds).
Spoon blender contents into a bowl.
Add the toppings on top and any other toppings you desire. Eat immediately and enjoy!
