With the summer holidays fast approaching, New You Boot Camp has launched a residental camp for teenagers in beautiful North Somerset, england. It is the perfect place for exercise-averse teens to embrace getting fit, getting dirty and eating clean. The Director of New You Boot Camp Jacqui Cleaver, and her team belive that it’s time “to empower our teens to truly take care of their health and fitness. We offer a fantastic summer camp to make sure our children feel and look great!
New You Boot Camp’s Teen Summer Challenge has been developed by specialist trainers, nutritionists, chefs, activity planners and parents. Throughout this course the team concentrates on motivating and educating campers through good food and challenging activities. Whether parents are keen for their kids to lose weight, improve fitness, or just have a great summer with new friends, the highly experienced, specialist team will work with every camper to make sure that he or she learns about good food, diet and lifestyle choices.
Children also discover which activities, sports or team events they enjoy the most, will learn to cook, and most importantly, have a lot of fun while doing so. ” Campers will leave their stay with us feeling great and ready to take on the world,” Jacqui promises. ” They will absolutely face challenges that will exceed any expectations.” All of the Boot Camp teens are different so many different exciting exercises and fun activities are tested to see which suits each tenn best: ” we might be teaching you how to be healthy and to be the best that you can be but your stay with New You Boot Camp is a teen challenge and a great summer”.
Jacqui explains that two of the main questions asked by New You Boot Camp are as follows: Why is it good for me? “Everyone likes new adventures! Don’t you? You will be outside in the fresh air, having fun, being active, enjoyin yourselves and learn to understand what food and drink is and how it works inside your body. We help youto understand how to look after yourself and be healthy.”
How fit do you have to be? ” We welcome all fitness levels. Some of you may find exercise tough or even boring and some of you may find it easy and just want new challenges. By the end of your time with us you will be suprised how fit you will be. We work with all of you daily to improve your fitness. You can do it! ”
The New You Boot Camp in north Somerset aims to accomodate an equal mix of boys or girls between 12 and 17 and takes a maximum of 30 campers so that the team is able to give one-to-one care and attention to all of campers to change their lives in the time they are with us.*
Courses range from one to six weeks and prices range from £699 (one week) to £3.000 (six weeks).
