BEST BITS: It opened up new meal choices for me, ones which gave me much more energy.
WORST BITS: Practically giving up alcohol was the hardest part. Also, the meals aren’t that cheap to replicate at home. Eating almons exclusively fresh meat and veg is pricey.
OVERALL IMPRESSION: At the camp, it was easy to follow the instructions and I just kept looking better and better.
