Well done to everyone who booked on to this coastal boot camp and resisted the usual temptations that Easter brings! One of the most popular activities was boxing and by the end of the week there were some very powerful punchers among the group! The other popular activity was the morning run, which a lot of people find hard to get motivated for at that time. Not these fantastic ladies though, as they showed great enthusiasm and determination to achieve the results they came for!
Moving onto the results, the average weight loss for this boot camp was a fantastic 9.7 lbs! This reflects the hard work that everyone put into the week. Keep up the good work, ladies, and you will achieve your long term goals (if you’re not already there after this week!). The bond between the group was absolutely brilliant and this really helped when someone was finding it tough. A lot of team encouragement and motivational words were given to help them get through the experience.
My top tip tip for the week is mindset. If you get into the right frame of mind for the week ahead – and try to maintain this throughout – you will find it much easier to overcome challenges!
