Our after baby boot camp is the newest addition to our range of New You Escapes boot camps. Developed to balance the fitness needs of new mums with their desire to spend time with their baby, this boot camp is perfect for battling that baby weight whilst also enjoying some quality time with your beautiful baby! New You Escapes will be offering small private residential versions of our after baby boot camps, where mums can bring their babies with them, get fit and eat well, all in a safe environment. Babies must be over twelve months old and groups will be limited to a maximum of ten mums.
This particular boot camp is designed to help you regain or enhance pre-pregnancy fitness levels and meet the physical challenges of parenting by emphasising strength training in a supportive environment. Sessions will include strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills. We also promote Pilates, yoga and abdominal exercises to help improve core strength. Pram workouts, resistance tubes and even your child, are used as an integral part of the workout. After baby boot camp will also focus on nutrition and cooking for both mum and baby, helping you and your baby get everything you need. Developed by ex-military fitness experts, in conjunction with prenatal and postnatal nutrition and fitness experts, this boot camp is the ideal way to get back in shape and enjoy some quality time with you child!
