He is not only a fantastic Personal Trainer, he is also a very experienced dancer with multiple qualifications in both areas.
Tony has always been interested in fitness and movement and is dedicated to the pursuit of health and wellness. From a background including martial arts and dance, he sees that there is benefit in all types of training, you just need to find the elements that work for you.
Not only does Tony guide his clients to their goals, whether it be gaining strength, increasing flexibility or just getting a little more in shape, he also works with clients to help recover from various physical injuries in a safe and controlled way, explaining the process fully as he goes.
As well as dispensing his knowledge to his clients, Tony utilises his deep knowledge of personal training and fitness to help him prepare for the various strongman and endurance events around the UK such as Tough Mudder and Spartan events.
On boot camp, don’t be afraid to challenge yourself to see what you can achieve – His mission is to help you succeed!

Seeing people realise their success, especially when they were convinced they couldn’t do it.

Fitness! Dance, martial arts, snowboarding, reading.
What is your proudest accomplishment?
Marrying my wonderful wife.
Talk about a great PT moment
Helping to cure a client’s recurring back pain/hip and saving her having to go to an osteopath every couple of weeks (something she had been doing, and paying for for years) within 4 weeks of training.

Eidetic memory or teleportation.
